About Us

Peggy-C-11Peggy uses her experience as an administrator in higher education and her training as a coach to help organizations and individuals achieve their full potential. 

  • A leader in higher education

Peggy has served as a senior administrator at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Brown University, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and University of Connecticut, with supervisory responsibility for hundreds of employees and approximately $100 million. 

Her leadership background includes policy development, strategic planning, organizational assessment and change, emergency preparedness and response, leadership mentoring, and managing complex building projects. She served on and led campus wide committees such as enrollment policy, athletics, campus safety, student conduct, and first-year programs.

As an executive for 30 years, Peggy hired and trained hundreds of staff at all levels of organizations, mentoring and coaching professionals through organizational change and personal transitions. She has worked under several different organizational structures and diverse leadership styles.

  • A teacher and published author

As a faculty member at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, Peggy designed innovative courses in educational policy, leadership theory, and independent internships. She has written articles in peer-reviewed journals and books on such topics such as campus-crisis planning, student affairs research, college students and spirituality,  and women and leadership. 

  • A trained mentor, mediator, and coach

Peggy has a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration focused on educational policy from Boston University. She is an ICF certified coach, and is trained in mediation and Gallup Strengths Coaching. In addition, she has extensive training in yoga and mindfulness practices.

Peggy believes that most projects and issues involve conflict discovery and resolution.  She believes developing effective communication strategies, processing conflict, and managing change are at the heart of effective organizational growth and success.
